简介
一种专门针对小型注塑成型而开发的小型风冷式模温机，介质冷却部分由冷凝器和冷却风机组成。根据需要也可以增加介质的加热调节功能。
风冷式的工作原理，使其不需要外接冷却水源。而且介质温度控制精确稳定，温度范围也可以适用于一般模具的温度需要。对于小型注塑模具，足以胜任普通模温机的使用功能。根据需要也可以用于预注塑螺杆进料口处的温度控制。
Summary:
Air-cooled Temperature Controller is especially designed and
developed for small size injection molding. Its medium cooling
unit consists of a condenser and a cooling fan. In accordance
with molding requirement, it also supports medium heating
function.
Because the medium being cooled by air, it makes Air-cooled
Temperature Controller can work individually without cooling
water source outside. The medium temperature can be precisely
and stably controlled and the range of the medium temperature
also meets the requirement of the normal molding. It not only
realizes the basic usage of common mold temperature controllers
for small size mold, but also can be used to control the material
inlet temperature of the injection molding machine.

For supporting the small size injection molding, we showed
a new type of small mold temperature controller, whose special
merits make customers expand the choosing range and evade
unsuitable cost.

Because of non-using cooling water source outside, it evades
corresponding pipe lines, even the high cost of cooling tower.
If it is used for small all-electric injection molding machine,
the whole molding system would realize non–using cooling water
source outside completely.

Saving the cost of using water and compacting the out-dimension
of Air-cooled Temperature Controller makes energy saving become
true.
·Clean & Green
No cooling water is needed to drain. The medium is recurring
after first supply, in which special antiseptic is added to
prevent mold rusting. In addition, there is no worry about
leaking with the use of special pump.
